Anxious feeling in chest

I don't know how to describe the sensation. It doesn't feel like heart palpitations. But sometimes I get this small sudden anxious feeling right in the middle of my chest and it passes by so quickly that I wonder if I actually felt anything at all.

Yes I do. All my anxiety seems to be centered in the area of my chest.

is it sort of like butterflies in your chest? i get quite few strange sensations when im anxious hope u feel better
