Is this a stye?

For a bout two weeks now i have had a sort of pressure feeling in the outer corner of my eye towards my temple. As if something is pressing against it.

I had a look this morning and there is a very small white ish lump/bump/spot inside my lower lid.
None of my eye looks red or inflamed and it's not painful or itchy, is this a stye?

And how long do they usually last
