Over the last week or so I've been getting period like pains in my lower abdomen. At first there was no bleeding then on Sunday there was quite a bit and then since then it's been the tiniest bit on and off. I've got the Nexplanon implant and have had it for over a year. When I first got it, the bleeding was almost constant. It started to settle after a while and usually I wouldn't have any period at all and once in a while I would have a normal period around the end of the first week of the month and it would last maybe 3 days with a normal flow and maybe lightly for a couple more days. Now I'm panicking because I'm getting these pains more than a week than I would normally get them if I was having a period. Usually when I do have a period, the cramping pains aren't this intense or last more than a day. I'm now convinced I've got either ovarian or cervical cancer :(
