It's literally at the point now where I cannot go out anywhere.
My fear is that il be out on my own with my toddler and I'll pass out n someone will either take her or she will run on road or get hurt whilst I'm unconscious.
Absolutely ridiculous I know but as soon as I go out i get hot, shaky, weak n my eyes start to go blurry n I panic like mad.
Even just walking to the shops or home from work is getting too much.
I'm housebound apart from when I'm at work.
It makes me feel like a terrible mum for never taking my child out hardly ever.
I don't think I can carry on like this much more we are both bored to tears in the house all the time and the only time we can go out is if my husband takes us out but he's always busy at work 😩
