I've been feeling quite dizzy lately, I had this feeling a few months back, had blood test, urine test etc. all normal.

Now this past few days I've been getting them slight dizzy feelings, I haven't been getting much sleep lately, today I been feeling quite depressed and as soon as I get this strange light headed feeling and dizzyness, I start getting like an anxiety attack. A mild one.

This dizzyness comes and goes, with a like a blocked pressure in the top of my nose which goes around the eyes and head, and sometimes my ears itch like mad, but very mild feelings.

I'm tired of going backwards and forwards to the surgery with problems....

Is this something anyone here is familiar with?

Almost exactly describes how I've been feeling recently. My dizzyness comes and goes but its definitely worse with tiredness. I also get a buzzing feeling in my muscles which is worse if I'm tired.

It could be sinus, ear infection or just fatigue

I haven't been sleeping too well lately and also the quality of my sleep has been bad and it definitely has brought my anxiety to a high, especially the dizziness.
So, my answer is yes.
