dizzy dissociation

hey everybody

anybody got this?

I've been having derealisation for many years but since a few weeks I started getting very dizzy and light headed 24/7. this is very frightnening: I can't concentrate on something I see because it moves so hard! and if I keep staring at it I become completely detached from everything.... not just strong derealisation, really extreme deep dissociation i think it is. that last one really freaks me out! anybody recognizes this? it lasts as long as I keep staring.

I hope someone recognises this cause I'm a little bit worried :)

Hi - I get this too - I know its to do with my breathing- if I feel a bit weird I notice it then breathing changes and everything seems to move around and I feel like i am going to keel over and faint - I know its partly my breathin and also partly coz I am feeling worried that adrenaline is released. Well last night I got to a point where I couldnt stand up I felt so dizzy and ended up panicing which makes it worse.

I'm convinced I have something wrong with me as the dizziness can get so bad.

EG. It can be light all day and I feel a little dis-orientated then it can come on as sharp zaps making me have to lean against walls then it may go all together
