I went to the docs yesterday and she said i had a slight trace of blood and protein in my urine and gave me antibiotics,i went because i had pain in my back and burning down into my groin but didnt burn me when i passed urine,she did mention that sometimes a small stone could sometimes be in the urether now im scared.

Take the antibiotics and see how you feel. Dr is right that most common reason would be infection or stone. If the antibiotics don't help then they will send you for ultrasound probably and if nec camera in bladder. I have had both and even the camera was fine not too bad at all.

I have occult blood in urine all the time as I have large filters on my kidneys that let blood leak although they work fine and just what I was born with but it causes huge problems with new Dr's and I have had to have every test to rule out anything else over the years. :wacko:
