Self referred and they lost me.
Nurse said she would refer me.
Another referred me, she did.
But he letter is dated 20th May! With a 14 day deadline to call them. Letter only arrived yesterday and the envelope is even dated 31st May.
I've missed the deadline but u have a case surely. It's clearly administration issue there side.
