inositol interaction with other meds

my mom age 73 had an episode which doctors can find no diagnosis for.
currently on epilizine, epitec, aropax, urbanol.
no improvement at all.
is it safe to use inositol and acetylcholine with all these?
feel helpless seeing her in utter depression and having daily panic attacks. also having a tremor and walking difficulties
