I've been experiencing this strange spasm/twitch in my left side, it started happening at night when I lie on my side I can only sleep on my left, it sort or feels like a bubble deep inside me that starts around the rib and goes up fast towards my chest. It doesn't hurt at all just feels uncomfortable, it stops as soon as I move, I'm thinking it is a spasm but I'm not sure,
I've started to notice it happening in the day now but not as intense, when I sit down. Also very strange sort of vibration feelings around chest and and back muscles.
I've not googled(yay) but it's still bothering me. Anyone e experienced similar?

I had a chest x ray a few months back and that was clear. I do have a lot of problems with neck and shoulder tension that I'm in physio for, could it be related?
