as you know guys i have been posting again , quite a bit about my Anxiety.

and i am now considering going back on my meds, ( see title) as i find it hard to accept this is just anxiety.

im thinking maybe if i can reduce the anxiety with the help of the meds, the more serious physical effects it gives me might subside and help me come to terms with this faster

this is one im realy in 2 minds about so i would be greatful for any info you guys can give me,

MIrtazepine did it for me...saved my life,killed my anxiety more or less stone dead....then made me fat,lol. Now off it 2 weeks and feeling slight withdrawal symptoms, but nothing i cant cope with. When did you stop the zispin?

hey nel , i was only on it for 2 weeks and came of it again, i think it was a bad , idea, im trying to do things right this time and listen to people.

im shaking badly at the mo, my sisters are fighting , and im shaking , dont know why :(

If you are that bad then give it a go, it did work for me, i was on it for 13 months and it gave me the energy to really get myself able to deal with this monster, and to find ways to cope, 2 weeks is not long enough, stick with it.

Aww Steve as if I would yell at you for posting, as long as they are positive posts like this one then its all good :yesyes:

Give the meds a go honey and stick with them, just to give you the boost you need to get back into a positive frame of mind

well guys started the Zispin last night , only 15 mgs,

slept from 2 am till 9am, which is good for me, then at 1230 i felt so tired a went back to bed again untill 2pm. i was so ttired i couldnt sleep but i finally dropped off

when i woke my eyes felt like they had this strange film over them , my mouth was as dry asa desert, and i had a dull ache in the back of my mouthm ( but im trying to put that down to tense.

when i sat up , my neck was so loose that it just dropped right down, first time in 15 months, but it only lasted a few mins before the tightness came back :(.

anyone remember getting this when they started there zispin?
