Fear that the panic will never end

Hi, I have awful feelings about panicking so it stops me travelling on my own. The worst part is thinking it won't end! My doctor doesn't want me to have diazepam any more as she says it isn't helping, it only prolongs the anxiety and I know she's right!

..if your in a hysterical state then your gp should have gave you one of dose of it say 14/2mg diazepam for emergencies...try this out Mary Doll see if it helps...
