Achey Chest.

Hi everyone. I've had a fluttering heart beat for about 4 Days. Today I am experiencing chest aches and occasional mild shooting pains. I have been diagnosed with panic, anxiety and depersonalisation disorders but take zero medication at the moment. I had an ECG a few months ago which was normal. I have no other 'new' symptoms that aren't related to my Depersonalisation. Is this standard health anxiety? I feel like I'm actively listening for my heart beat which sounds weak and the chest sensations are sending me into a panic. Would love any advice
