severe anxiety. dont know whether to go to uni this year

I have been struggling with anxiety for the past two years now, where I hardly leave the house and don't use public transport. however I have applied to go to uni this year but now I feel like I don't know what to do. it has gotten to the point where my original career idea isn't what I want to do any more, and I have no backup plan and I know my dad will be disappointed with me if I don't go, but im only 17. If anyone has any suggestions?????:)
