My stay in the psych unit.

My panic and anxiety wound up in me being admitted to the local psychiatric unit. I had two stays. The first one was terrible, did nothing for me at all, and was a pretty horrible time. A few weeks later, I was back again, and more engaging and feeling more willing to stay there. I was sectioned under the mental health act twice, and am writing about it in my blog.

When will you do the second part?

Ill post the second part either monday or tuesday. Im busily writing it up this weekend.
I engaged much more during the second stay, so I wanted to be able to go in to it in detail in its own post.
