never ending

When one symptom goes another appears. I keep getting heart palpatations which are quite strong and can last for quite a while. I have been having them everyday for about a week or so. I've had them before but not everyday for a while at a time. I have also got pain in my lower back and upper back that is there most days. Now I worried I have something on my spine. Hat is the matter with me. I hate this so much even when I think I'm turning a corner It turns out I'm walking in a circle rather than a corner.

I think most of us with HA can relate. We seem to swap one symptom for another. The good thing is that this then proves to you that IS actually HA and nothing more.
