Waking up with fast heart?

Hey guys~~

In the morning when I wake up, about 3 seconds after waking I get palpitations. Usually at 100 - 105 area,

I'm wondering... if anyone else has felt this way?

Is this anxiety? Or does it just mean Im unfit lol?

In my experience mornings are the worst time for anxiety, so yes if you suffer from anxiety it's safe to say that's what's causing your palpitations.

Yes I had it for a while. Sometimes it would be beating fast which would wake me up but mostly it would start beating quickly just after I had woken up. I never found out what it was and it did go away. Do you suffer with indigestion or reflux? Coz that can cause your heart to beat faster. I think maybe I eat too late at night, how about you? Finding a cause relieves the tension, doesn't it?
