Constant headache 7 weeks

Hi having been on here for a while getting constant headaches. Stiff neck and now I've noticed a rash on my feet. This rash doesn't dissappear when a glass u rolled. Don't know what to think anymore worried sick can anyone help?

Hi there. I recently had headaches for two months, due to a lot of stress and anxiety. They did worry me of course but because I was going through an extremely anxious time I put it down to another symptom.

I always give my symptoms some time now instead of going to the doc immediately. I was right, because as my anxiety calmed down the headaches disappeared.

As far as the foot rash goes, I can't really comment. It could be so many things. My husband currently has a rash on both his legs and we've put it down to sun exposure. Try using a rash cream to see if it calms down.
