Vivid dream

So I had my first vivid dream last night it was awful and scary is this the cit or anxiety couldn't sleep after it woke me up now I'm like a zombie

Vivid dreams are certainly a known side effect of Cit. They are with many of these meds. I think it might be something to do with how Cit affects the sleep cycle initially?

We can get more vivid dreams with anxiety or depression anyway though.

Definitely the citalopram I think, I have them a lot since I started on it & I had them when I was on sertraline too.

I had them a lot when I first started the Cit, but now I only have them everyone once and a while...

Last night wad the first one I've had and didn't sleep much on day 27 today xx

My are very vivid but not scarey. I quite enjoy them actually and remember them in great detail when I wake up. Sometimes I can wake up after having a dream, get up and have a wee, and then go back to bed and recommence the same dream lol!
