New side effects after 3 weeks?

Is it possible to get new side effects after being on Citalopram for 3 weeks? I've got weak/sore upper arm/leg/calves and shoulders and twitching muscles. Used to get a few leg cramps before but feeling much worse with all this for about a week. But worried I've got a muscle disease 😞

Hi Sunflower!!! Yes this is normal actually a couple of us including myself are going through this right now. It should subside in time. Hang in there!!!

Make sure you are drinking a lot a water as that may help
