Hi guys
I've always struggled with sleep my entire life. I know people take lots of different stuff to help them sleep when they just can't go naturally. Benzos
don't seem that effective for sleep. Quetiapine/Seroquel seems to have a knock out effect, but is it really safe to take an anti psychotic just as a sleep aid.
I'd be interested what anyone else takes which is effective for sleep problems.
