Hi
I am a 60+ male living in the UK but don't let either of those things stop you.
Age is just a number my brain still works like it did when I was a lot younger, as long as the "black dog" is not in residence.
I refuse to be defined by my illness, age or any other label.
I enjoy life when I can and like movies, playing video games (Guild Wars 2) gardening, cooking, laughing, music, and lots of other topics too many to mention.
