Hi i noticed a few weeks ago that i have a very small lump or spot on the inside of my top lip, that only hurts if i touch it with my finger.

Just wondering if anyone as had anything like this.

Been sucking on anything like ice lollys? Can cause bits to become inflamed for a week or two. I had one on the roof of my mouth once.

I do eat them yes but not much, i suck on my cigs lol but it's tiny like the end of a match and only soar when i touch with my finger.
