Anxiety when traveling

When traveling, I get anxious. When away from home, it gets to the point where I can't eat which just makes things worse. I know I don't have a reason to be anxious but I can't control it. I want to enjoy being new places and their foods bit it isn't possible. Does anyone have any tips? I'm leaving for a short 3 day trip for work in the morning and would love to enjoy one for once.

I also have this problem but my anxiety is generally rooted in my sleep.. I get anxious about sleeping away from home. It's a bit of a ridiculous fear and it makes holidays quite difficult but right now I'm travelling for 2 months and trying to figure out how to beat this fear, it's not easy but I think the more I push myself the easier it'll get
