Crying

Does anyone feel like they just need to cry and it can go on all day and you don't even know what you are crying about? I have been like this all day today. The only thing that is bothering me is that I am just so frustrated that I am not stable yet, but other then that everything in life is great. I just don't get it.

Is it the cit just messing with my emotions?
