My anxiety is so bad I've been ringing ambulances I'm up all night with it all the time I can't eat or drink I need help with dealing with this I've had few days drink and I feel normal but I can't turn to drink :( I could cry it's this bad and I'm only young and got little boy :( just don't wanna go mental I need this to go :(
