terrified of death and dying

Please help I have been really good for a good while, but my anxiety is spiking again. I am so worried about dropping down dead I have chest pain and tightness nothing new there. but it's started now having these painful jolts in my heart. I have two children and am terrified of dying and leaving them without a mum. I am really scared I am overweight and I struggle to loose it I am so scared . Please can anyone offer some words of encouragement

Eat less, brutal truth, if you're worring about your heart and weight then start eating less. I went through the same thing with my weight and heart worries and in the end you just have put the fork down and say no.
