Constant headaches

Sorry to post again im really struggling. Headaches aren't giving up at moment are over forehead and where right temple is. If I press there it hurts. Feel alone scared had a ct scan sun cos hospital thought I might of had a bleed test come back normal. I don't know what to think anymore scared as my mum had a stroke. Can anyone help

Go to A&E and explain you're having constaint pain and it hurts to touch there. You'll only get more anxious if you sit around.

i get daily headaches as well
we might not realize it but under high levels of anxiety and stress we tense up without knowing it
i also get pains in my jaw and head area similar to where you're describing

i use a mouth guard and it helps with the headaches

Been to a and e sat. Just really confused don't know what's going on. Hurting forehead and right temple. Just really getting me down
