anyone live with anxiety 24 hours a day

seem to be living a nightmare from wake to bed super sensistive about chest heart have had 5 trips to hospotial ran all ekgs bloods chest xrays all fine cant get it out of my head have health problem constant worring all day any advise from similar thanks

You're not alone here. Just read the posts on this forum. There are so many people in the same boat. But there are also so many who have recovered and you will too.
It takes some effort but it's worth it.
Have you seen a Doctor? Are you on medication? Have you had any CBT therapy.
A combination of the above and a determined attitude will get you well again.

Propranalol helped prevent me going a&e with panic attacks. Unfortunately it has not stopped my constant anxiety.
