I am struggling still too maybe week 10 is just a bad week. What symptoms are you having still? I still have heart pounding, shaky, nervous, restless, chest tightness, sick to stomach and crying spells. They aren't as bad from when I started, but still really bothering me.

Hi tight chest, tension in neck arms shoulders head. Can't get a deep breath. Exhausted and lacking motivation. So annoying I was quite good at week 7. X

I just got signed off by my doctor. She said I only need to come back again if I have any problems. She's given me a 3 months repeat prescription for Citalopram 10mg :scared15:

Oh! how do you feel about that? ive got docs first week in July. I think i may have to increase to 30mg but didnt really want to. The tight chest and head tension are crippling me;( x
