Muscle aches/pain/weakness

Does anyone else have this? I've been on Cit for a month and had these pains for a couple of weeks. My upper arms are really achy and feel bruised. My arm are getting tired easily.

Tell me about it! Pain in the upper arms, neck, shoulders, jaw, lower back (don't think that's anything to do with the Cit though) It's a complete pain in the a*** (got that too lol)

Do you find you are subconsciously tightening your muscles; arms, jaw etc?

Def my jaw but I'm not aware I'm doing it with the other muscles.

Yes....It will eventually go away at some point.

I found that if I drink more fluids these symptoms are not as intense

Thanks Victory, it is a relief to know that they will hopefully disappear as I'm in a lot of pain.

Will try the more water thing too - see if it helps.
