For the last couple of days ive discovered that everytime i get anxious my mouth and tongue dry up, which leads me to stress over it and i think the symptoms get worse. Can anxiety be the cause of this? my mouth and tongue get dry and my tongue turns to a gray/white color (I assume the color is due to the dry sensation). Someone to give me some feedback please.
