Hello
Last night I woke up choking on acid and kept coughing and throat clearing to relief it I do suffer from GERD so this happens sometimes also been suffering with hayfever but what's caused me anxiety and worry is ever since last night and all morning
When I take a full deep breath my chest feels tickly and sometimes I cough, normal breathing don't cause this only when I finish a deep breath and of course this happening makes me take deep breaths more often but has also caused anxiety and worry for me that something is wrong
What is causing this am I okay and stressing over nothing or what?
