:) Hello everyone, just joined today as suffering from what I can only say is nervous panicky feelings since moving house!!

I cant seem to shift these horrible negative thoughts, I read one lady's article on here about what is actually causing you stress and worry and anxious thoughts.

I am working on that...it could be a few things lol!
