Hello, I was put on Ativan for anxiety a few months back, this is when my panic attacks started, since then I have been having panics regularly.. I'm pretty sure my withdrawl is over now although I still go into flight or fight mode too much... Is Propanalol a good med to help with this? I'm nervous of every tablet I put into my mouth now.. including panadol.. as silly as that sounds
