Panic while on ps4

I had a panic attack while playing my ps4.. It wasn't because of the ps4, but It happened during that time.. To this day (4 months later) I can't play it, I have difficulty even looking at it.. Does anyone else have experience with this sort of thing?

I can relate.
I have panic attacks even while sitting on a chair.
or looking in a mirror.
I don't know why?
but I think its nothing to do with the ps4 chair or mirror
its may just be we have a high level of adrenaline
but because it happens while playing the ps4 we link it to that
and a phobia may develop as a result.
its amazing how the body and brain works.

the key thing is to keep doing what you are doing even if you have an attack
cause if you stop the anxiety will take over and you become like a prisoner in your mind and you don't need that
no one does.
also it maybe helpful to visit your GP and have your adrenaline level checked?
it maybe the source of the panic attacks.
