For the past few days ive been having pain down front of my neck the back of my neck and shoulders keep getting so tenses I'm getting bad headaches with it and it even makes my ears hurt and to day the tension in my neck and shoulders keeps Making me feel lightheaded and its worring me, I do have spondolitis of the neck but I don't know if it could be that is what causes me to have these symptoms or it could be apart of anxiety as well or if its something more sinister.
