Constant sweating

Hi I was wondering if anyone else gets this I just sweating go really hot then cold feel faint but I don't seem to be worrying about anything it just comes on! Is this just anxiety?

Sounds like anxiety to me. Horrible isn't it? I'me either far too warm or have the shivers when my anxiety is at it's worst.

I get both too.

I associate the hot flushes and sweating with the anxiety and the sold shivers with panic. I don't like either, but I try to just let it pass without going in to more panic.

It is awful I seem to be worse in a morning it's affecting me taking my kids to school
