Ok so day 25 on cit. Took 2 propranolol yesterday as recommended by my doctor and had a terrible nights sleep. Strangely feeling ok today apart from tiredness. No morning anxiety which is weird. Did a 5k run and felt great. Maybe just maybe these tablets are beginning to kick in? Not convinced yet but maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.

It sounds promising Andy. At least the awful side effects you were experiencing seem to be slowly wearing off - that's a positive on its own :yesyes:
