I'm not feeling sharp pains or anything like that (I guess it's closer to an ache) but I just feel a weird sensation in the middle of my chest partially near the area of my left breast. I had a few pieces spicy of chicken before the discomfort started. Does that have anything to do with it? I've never had a problem with spicy food before.
