Confusion

Sometimes I have moments of confusion, like I would be asked a question and take a moment to fully process it.. I'm hoping this is caused by being so stressed and my anxiety, And not something more serious... Anyone had experiences like this? it's been going on months

Yes, definitely (in my experience) an effect of stress/anxiety/exhaustion and highly unlikely to be anything sinister.
