Cold tingles/numbness ect

For a while now when I wake up from sleep I will have this strange cold feeling on some parts of my face along with like a cold tingling and lack of sensation sometimes on my lips too, it goes away within 20 minutes of being up, I've also been getting this cold tingling feeling across my shoulders and random icepick pains over body.

Can anyone else tell me they've had this or give me an explanation I feel like my whole nervous system is out of whack and firing off all over the place. Thanks

Since it happens when you're waking up, I'd guess that it has something to do with your sleep position. It's possible you're pinching a nerve when you sleep.

Try a different pillow, maybe even a tempur pedic pillow and see how it goes.
