I have had this feeling since about the age of 5 when I had to go places without the family, its not your typical physical anxiety.. It is like a symptom that feels physocal but isnt, it happens when I have to leave the family still.. Its almost an extreme sadness feeling in my whole body.. I'm always feeling really guilty when I go out with the family.. Just thought I would share this with everyone
