Can motilium or panadol cause panic attacks? Im afraid to take them, even when I'm sick incase they do

Panadol is very unlikely to. I don't know about the other one. Are you anxious about tablets? If so anything may set you off :(

Thats the problem, I do get worried about taking tabs, ecen though I know most of them sort of ones are harmless :(
