Endless panic worry

My main fear is having a panic attack that doewnt end or doesn't end for a long time.. Is this possible? The longest has been 1.5 hours for me

They say panic attacks can only last a short time but in my experience very high levels of anxiety can go on for ages and ages, basically endless, for me anyway.

I'm with Shazamataz on this one. Mine seem endless. Maybe more like constant panic with peaks and valleys.

Yep, I'm just coming out the other side of a week of being in pretty much constant panic mode that fluctuated between about an 8 to 10 on the panic scale. The doctors insist you can only panic for short periods but I beg to differ!

Was there nothing you could take to ease the panic? I'm sorry to hear that though

Nothing seemed to work unfortunately. I used to be able to take diazepam occasionally when my anxiety/panic spiked but now I've been weaning off so don't have that to help.
