one sided feeling

hi
does anyone get the feeling that parts of your body (for me down left hand side - :shrug: limbs), feel like they dont belong to you? Very hard to describe but at times they just feel like if i wanted to move them i couldnt, (although i always can), and just feel like they are not normal? SOrry just cant describe exactly how it feels. This is sometimes accompanied by pins needles and weak type feeling. thanks

I am amazed "no more panic!" Thanks for the links. I cant believe other people get this too! Just gob smacked! sorry, but really thought it couldnt be anxiety! This site is just so brilliant for reassureance!

Almost everyday I feel in some way what you are saying .I will look down and look at my arms and legs and its like your mind and body have been arranged..I know exactly what you are talking about I have had it off and on all my life ..I guess its caused by anxiety but not sure ,maybe all of us are off spring of some alien race hybrid or something that feels these things.My mother and grandmother and some family members experienced some of the weird things that I do..So maybe anxiety maybe something else but im hoping its anxiety.. Take care just thought I would let you know someone else felt this way on a regular basis..

Thanks "LFA" really appreciate your reply. I have m.e and have always put this particular symptoms down to that but now am beginning to question it. Anxiety has such a huge amount of strange symptoms!
