Trouble swallowing saliva

I am 13 and lately I have had trouble swallowing my saliva. I can tell it's anxiety because whenever I think about swallowing, I have trouble. The weird thing is I can swallow liquids. I always carry a water bottle, mints, cough drops, etc everywhere I go- including the restroom. I try to swallow my saliva and I freak out and start panicking thinking I can't swallow my saliva. My anxiety started a couple years ago when my older sister was diagnosed with depression which worried me. Since then, I have had stages with different symptoms- trouble taking a deep breath, then trouble swallowing solids, now this. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to help or if anyone else suffers from this.

I've had this before and mine went away when I wasn't focusing on it. I have reflux but I know my problem swallowing saliva came from my anxiety and not the reflux.

I get that to, I think it is from anxiety and gerd.
