lol, my CB therapists in my local shopping precinct :ohmy:
I havent seen him for 4 months and we had a chat on how I was doing,
I said to him, althought I still have the panic attacks and anxiety, I have just accepted thats the way I am and try not to look into it so much.
Then i said I feel I will always be this way.
His reply pleased me alot, he said "then I think you will be in for a nice surprise in the future, it will dissapear over time " .
