Sudden onset of diziness and lightheadedness

Hi i hope everybody s doin well, i regularly vist the forum just to read the post but havent post for a while till now, i ve been doin fine lately until this morning i was lying in my bed when i heard my mom called me i immediately got up and suddenly felt dizzy and lightheaded for a couple of seconds as if some weights have been put on top of my head and as usual i worry bout this sensation , can someone relate to this and maybe have felt this before thanks for reading

This can sometimes happen if you get up suddenly so it's not anything overly unusual as far as I know.

Extremely common when you get up quickly to feel light headed. I go though periods where it happens every day, sometimes twice a day. And periods it never happens for days. I guess sometimes my blood pressure is a little low. One of the few symptoms I have had and actually not worried about!
