This may seem silly but is it possible for anxiety to give you a fever, or bear enough to one?
I've had a rough week, anxiety back to original levels from earlier in the year and I've had a mild fever on and off during this time but I don't think I'm actually sick.
With my anxiety one of the most overwhelming symptoms is the feelings of suddenly overheating and feeling dizzy so it makes sense to have a raised temperature but an actual fever?
